Marie K. Russo is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, Strategic Change Management Business Coach, Certified Life Coach, and Board Certified Holistic Health Coach.  For the last 15 years, Marie has helped her clients achieve success. Marie is passionate about helping people achieve optimal healthy lifestyles and in assisting them to operate at their full potential in their daily lives.  She engages with her clients to co-create a plan that leads to maximum success in balance, joy and achievement, yielding long term positive results.

Background:

Marie is a Certified Coach, trained and certified through Coach Training Alliance in Boulder, Colorado. She is also a Board Certified Holistic Health Coach, having completed her certification program through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, the world’s largest nutrition school. Additionally, Marie is a member of the International Coach Federation, as well as a certified and accredited member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. In 2013 Marie received a Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition through the T. Colin Campbell Foundation and e-Cornell. Marie also holds a Master Certificate from Michigan State University Eli Broad College of Business in Strategic Change Management with Certificates in Strategic Negotiation, Strategic Change Leadership, Leadership Effectiveness and Workforce Management & Development.     

 Marie is passionate about giving back through volunteer and ministry work. In her spare time she enjoys entertaining, golf, travel and fly fishing.
