With great leadership skills, creativity, and enthusiasm, Marie facilitated a day-long strategy planning session of Committee Chairpersons for Pomona Valley Habitat for Humanity in 2007. Attendees represented the following committees: family selection, family partnerships, development, construction, site selection, faith relations, and volunteer management.
Marie designed and facilitated effective relationship building exercises, customized breakout groups, and a general session that captured common goals and strategy for the affiliate.
